CARRIAGE HOUSE

The original structure on this property was built in 1914 as a carriage house and ranch-hand sleeping quarters for the estate that is now a neighboring property. The lot was split in 1954 and the carriage house and property were sold off, which our clients purchased in 2006 and in 2018 moved forward with an extensive renovation and new garage / pool-house build. Modernizing the first floor exterior & entire interior, we felt it important to retain the original 2nd story exterior. The view of the 2nd story from the street leaves the historical aesthetic completely in-tact.
